Santry Claus

Santry Claus is a tool I built that the Sentry Support team uses to derive the value of gifted events when executing certain playbooks. This calculation involves bisecting unevenly distributed price ranges to derive a total value for the gift. Surfacing the dollar value of gifted quota helped to contextualize the support activity and elevate the customer experience by making the benefit more apparent.
